Shipping Policy

Production time

Standard production is about 2 weeks from the moment you approve your mockup (faster turnaround available with express shipping). Production starts at approval, not at first enquiry. Hot-foil orders add a day or two for the die on a first run only; reorders from a die we already hold do not.

Express turnaround

Launches, seasons and events work to fixed dates, so tell us the date when you request the quote. We confirm in writing whether it is achievable before you pay.

Delivery

Sheets ship flat in reams and rolls ship on pallets for larger orders. Paper is heavy for its bulk, so freight is a real component of the cost — ask about consolidating a multi-site order into one delivery, which routinely saves more than splitting it costs. Tracking is sent as soon as the shipment leaves.

Storing what you receive

Keep reams flat and out of direct sun. Paper held on edge in a warm stockroom will curl over a season, and curled sheets are slower to wrap with.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking stalls or a pallet arrives damaged, send photos and we open the carrier claim and reprint or refund the affected portion.
