What is the minimum order?

Our minimum is just 12 units, with bulk pricing tiers that drop as quantities grow. One boutique, one wedding or one small ecommerce brand is a completely normal order here.

How long does an order take?

Your free mockup arrives within 24 hours, and finished wrap ships in about 2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping).

Question 3

Do you build the repeat pattern for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and there is no charge for it. Send flat artwork, a mark, or even a sketch and we build the seamless repeat, set the scale to your sheet or roll width, and show it tiled on the mockup before anything is printed.

Rolls or pre-cut sheets?

Sheets if you ship one or two box sizes — faster to wrap, no cutter needed, identical result whoever packs it. Rolls if items vary a lot in size or you are wrapping hundreds a day at a counter.

Is your wrapping paper recyclable?

Accepted Answer

The kraft and uncoated stocks go in the ordinary kerbside paper stream, and uncoated kraft with soy-based inks is home compostable. Foil-blocked and laminated sheets are not; we will tell you plainly which of your options is which.

Can you match my brand colours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Spot colours are mixed to your reference rather than approximated in process, which is the only reliable way to hold an exact brand colour across a large flat area of print.

Is there a tooling cost?

Accepted Answer

Only for hot foil, which needs a magnesium die per design. The die is a one-off, we keep it on file, and reorders never pay for it twice. Litho and kraft printing have no tooling cost at all.

Question 8

Do I pay anything before I approve the design?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Mockups and revisions are free and unlimited, and you only pay once the design is exactly what you want.
