Wrapping paper is the last thing between a customer and the thing they bought. For about three seconds it has their complete, undivided attention — which is three seconds more than almost any other piece of packaging ever gets.
That is the entire argument for printing it, and it only works if the pattern is built properly and the stock is chosen for the job. A repeat with a visible seam, or a coated sheet that cracks white along every fold, spends those three seconds telling the customer something you did not want said.
Why we exist
Most wrap suppliers sell from a swatch book. You pick the nearest stock pattern, it has nothing to do with your brand, and nobody ever asked what box it was going around. Building the repeat is the part that takes skill, and it is the part most suppliers charge for or quietly skip.
We build it, at no charge, before you have committed to anything. Send flat artwork, a mark, or a sketch on the back of an envelope and we construct the seamless repeat, scale it to your sheet or roll width, and show it tiled on the mockup. Where we think you have chosen wrong — four-colour process on brown kraft, say — we say so. Minimum order is 12.
How we print
Litho above a few hundred sheets, because it lays a flatter, denser ink film, holds a solid colour across a large area without banding, and gets cheaper per sheet as the run grows. Spot colours are mixed to your brand reference rather than approximated in process, which is the only reliable way to hold an exact colour across a big flat area.
Foil is hot-blocked from a magnesium die onto uncoated matte stock, because the contrast between a dead-flat ground and a mirror mark is what the eye reads as expensive. The die is a one-off, we keep it on file, and your reorders never pay for it twice.
