If you ship one or two box sizes, sheets beat rolls. A sheet cut to the box takes seconds to wrap, needs no cutter, needs no judgement from whoever is packing, and produces an identical result whoever does it.

The sizing rule is simple and worth stating: you need the box girth plus a couple of inches of overlap on the long side, and roughly two thirds of the box depth on each end. Send the box dimensions and we work the sheet size out and put it on the mockup.

Sheets also ship flat, which means they stack on a shelf under the packing bench instead of needing a dispenser bolted to a counter. For a home studio or a small fulfilment room that is usually the deciding factor.
