We print litho rather than digital on anything above a few hundred sheets. Litho lays a flatter, denser ink film, holds a solid colour across a large area without banding, and gets cheaper per sheet the more you run — which is the opposite of digital and the reason big wrap runs have always been litho.

Coated stock gives you punchy colour and a slight sheen; uncoated gives a softer, more expensive-looking matte that takes a foil block beautifully. Both fold and crease without cracking, which is the practical test a lot of cheap wrap fails at the corner of a box.
